Had someone else take the car in for service because I was in extreme pain and couldn't walk unassisted. It was meant to be serviced for the check engine light, failed tire pressure sensors, oil change, tire rotation and maintenance check-up. It came back with a check engine light still on and none of the tire pressure sensors are working. I assume all other tasks were completed successfully. I haven't the time or energy to bring it back a second time to actually address the check engine light and tire pressure sensors. Thank you.

Totally last minute I called at 8am to ask what are my chances of getting an oil changer today? The young lady on the other end said to bring the car over but mostly have to be here all day. So at 815a I brought my car over and Gerardo helped me out. Very pleasant! And attentive! He told me it would be done in the afternoon and expect a call when done. I thanked and went to work. At 12:03p Gerardo called me to tell me my car was ready! I paid with the cashier who was nice. She told me my car should be outside if not they can go get for you. As I’m looking for my car a young man noticed and said he would go get it for me. As I was waiting another gentleman made good conversation with me until my car was returned. Overall so thankful for everyone that helped me yesterday. I made last minute plans to go out of town for the weekend. Totally forgetting to get my car serviced prior! But you all mad it happened!!! Thank you once again!

I came to Home Motors for a simple oil change at 1:30pm. The service tech was quick and helpful and said he'd call when it was ready. I called at 4:00 to check the status and the same tech person told me it would ready around 4:30pm and that he would call when it was ready. He called around 4:30 to tell me the car was ready. I arrived at 5:05pm and went to the cashier, only to find a sign telling me that the cashier is closed at 5:00pm. I checked on your web site which told me that the closing time was 7pm. I went to search for my tech, only to find someone else to explain my dilemma. He called my service tech who was somewhere else on site and asked me to wait in the lobby, which I did. It was another 10 minutes or so and the tech who asked me to wait in the lobby came back and said he would help me with my payment. That was helpful and I appreciated him doing so. Conclusion: if would have been helpful if my service tech told me to come in before 5pm because the cashier is closed at 5pm.

I haven’t been in for awhile because I haven’t liked the service the last few years, decided to give another try, came in with some coupons, and the service guy wouldn’t take them, even though they were from arroyo grande Chevrolet, which is your sister store…. So I went looking for the service manager, which I was told was Jose, and I’m so glad I found him! He’s amazing! Not only took my coupons, but personally gave me a ride back home, gave me the coupon price and an extra 10 dollars off! When I came back to get my car, he personally went and got it for me, and made sure everything was good! He is a keeper for sure! He will be the reason I come back! He’s amazing! Everyone was very nice and helpful. I stayed while having my car Serviced and waited in the waiting room. The TV was not on and I asked if someone would turn it on while I waited for my car to be serviced. How ever the TV was out of order but everyone was apologetic and so nice that it really didn't matter. One of the salesman took me to a chair in the Showroom so I could have a nice view out the windows and listen to music. Everyone was very nice. I was disappointed that I had requested my windshield wipers to be replaced with new ones but they were short one and asked if I could wait or come back later or another day.. Homaro was very apologetic and tried to find a solution but I decided to return another day. The Service was great, my car was ready in an hour and a half, everyone was pleasant and I left happy. The customer service is excellent at Home Motors Service department. The repairs are timely and typically resolve well. This particular service to replace brake pads and service went smoothly until the warning light came on the dash for antilock and brake service the following day. I presume that the brake service needed more than rotors and pads. I will be taking the car back to service again for further investigation. Keeping in mind that this 03 GMC Yukon has been a very dependable vehicle and has over 390K miles, we can expect a hiccup now and again. Randy Sechler

Brought the Yukon in for brake service which was done well and in a timely manner. The dash light for ABS and service brakes came on following the service. I returned the vehicle and did not hear back for three days finally to call the service department. The diagnosis was a failed ABS module with a total estimate of 1400.00. 231 for diagnostics the balance for repair. This module can be found for 300 on the web and has about 6 bolts to remove and replace. I though the estimate was 3 times too high and picked up the vehicle to take to another shop. What a difference from my last visit. I was asked why I had the appt said an oil change. I told him my AC isn’t working properly he shut me down and said they have no time to look at it. If I wanted to have it looked at I have to leave the car overnight..I told him ok forget it. My car was ready a few hours later. The cashier was very friendly. Over the weekend really didn’t drive my car that much. Monday morning heading to work all of sudden lost power and my check engine light came on. Called and told the woman I just had my car in there. Can I take it back? She said no I could take it until Thursday, but I have to make an appointment!!! Most likely won’t be back

My oil change appointment was at 10:30M. I arrived around 10:15am to drop off my vehicle. My vehicle wasn’t moved into the bay until 11:10am then I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for the oil change which took roughly over an hour total. I don’t understand why I set an appointment if my vehicle couldn’t be serviced at the scheduled time.

Took truck in for scheduled maintenance, sat in truck for about 15 mins at service booth area before someone even came up. Service manager wasn’t really friendly or helpful with the experience at all, I told him I was there for oil change/tire rotation and I have a free car wash from in the mail. He told me there’s absolutely no chance I could get that wash because he only had 1 person washing(have to use the wash when doing service only so I have to wait now I guess 4500 miles to use the ticket). He continued to be kinda rude when I explained that my audio in truck was like cutting out and that it was on the ticket when I made the appointment, he told me that it’s going to take hours to diagnose and that since I’m out of factory warranty I probably wouldn’t want to do that, I explained I had bought extended warranty and that I’m not worried about it but if your going to try and get me for hours on a diag if you could maybe just check the software first during the oil change ? Idk he just want professional and I feel like if I spend 50k on a truck through you guys I would be taken care of better. Not trying to rant but just kind annoyed by it all.

I always enjoy the energy at home motors. I’m always greeted properly . First by Mr. diplomat Carlos pointing to the lane to drive into . Then the service teck Humero (spelling?) and in the waiting room Jose your service manager and many others who I know by face but not their names , good job Home Motors ! Had my truck serviced in a timely manner and out in about 45 min . I had one more small issue to address and decided to go to front office only to see if I would see Tim R. but instead met Mitch . He addressed my concern and promptly walked out with me and gave instructions to service teck to take care of my needs. Ten to fifteen minutes later all done .
